LG Curved OLED TV Now Costs $7,000

LG has announced it’s reduced price on the 55-inch Curved OLED TV. The Curved OLED TV has released in July 2013 and which will now sell for under $7000. The curved TV originally retailed for $14,999.95 and after slightly less the price for $10,000. After that the second time LG cut the price for $7,000. At CES 2014, LG has announced several models, that will come in 2014 including 77-inch 4K and gallery model designed to look like a picture frame.

In January 2014 it appeared the company was clearing stock to prepare for new models when three UK retailers offered deep discounts to 3,000 ($4,910) on the screen. “Our goal is to grow the U.S. OLED TV market by making OLED TVs more affordable. And this is another step in that direction,” said William Cho, LG Electronics USA’s CEO in a press release.
