How To Update Software On iPad Mini

Software Update lets you download and install iOS updates from Apple on your iPad Mini.

Update to the latest iOS version: Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If a newer version of iOS is available, follow the onscreen instructions to download and install it.

Note: This article will work on all iPads using iOS 6; including iPad Mini, iPad 2, The New iPad (iPad 3), iPad 4 (iPad with Retina display).
