How To Import And Copy Contacts – HTC One M8

Learn how to Import And Copy Contacts on your HTC One M8. You can import contacts from nano SIM card and copy contacts from one account to another.

Importing contacts from your nano SIM card

• On the People tab, tap Menu icon > Manage contacts.
• Tap Import/Export contacts > Import from SIM card.
• If you have a Google or Exchange ActiveSync account, tap the type for the imported contacts.
• Select the contacts you want to import.
• Tap Save.

Importing a contact from an Exchange ActiveSync account

• On the People tab, tap Search icon and enter the contact’s name or email address in the search box.
• Tap Search contacts in your Company Directory.
• Tap the name of the contact you want copied to HTC One.
• Tap + icon to import the contact.

Copying contacts from one account to another

Contacts from your social network accounts may not be copied.

• On the People tab, tap Menu icon > Manage contacts.
• Tap Copy contacts, and then choose a contact type or online account to copy from.
• Select a contact type or account you want to save to.
