Google Chrome 11 Beta Released

 

Google Chrome 11 Beta ReleasedGoogle has just released Chrome 11 beta version. This beta will feature HTML5 Speech Input API from HTML5 Speech Incubator Group. With this API, web apps developers can use the ability to transcribe your voice to text.When a web page uses this feature, you simply click on an icon and then speak into your computers microphone. The recorded audio is sent to speech servers for transcription, after which the text is typed out for you.

Google has also released a small demo for its HTML5 Speech Input API. This beta also provides support for GPU accelerated 3D CSS, which will let developers add 3D effects using CSS.
