Change Skins In GTA 3 And Vice City

You can change the skins in GTA 3 and Vice City. Follow the simple steps below

Open a blank Paintbrush file. Make it 256 pixels by 256 pixels.

Open your Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto 3/skins folder and look at the default skin. Make your skin look like that- face in top right corner, etc.

Save it in to the directory for Vice City or GTA 3 when you finish.

Open the game. The game will open normally.

Go to options.

Click on skins.

Pick your Skin, and play!
