Samsung Delays AMOLEDs For Tablet Market

Word on the street is that Samsung will not be able to meets its demand of 6 inch to 9 inch variants of AMOLED displays for the tablet market this year. Due to recent earthquake and tsunami disasters in Japan, Samsung is facing few problems including a delay in receiving scanners for these displays production lines from Nikon.

The AMOLED displays are very popular in the market for quite sometime and Super AMOLED on the Galaxy range of smartphones from Samsung aren’t too shabby.

We can only hope that Samsung will somehow will sort this problem, otherwise the world will have miss to and wait for some really cool gadgets.
