Quadrocopters Formation Flying From GRASP Labs

quadrocopters

The University of Pennsylvanias GRASP Lab has already taught its autonomous quadrocopters to move in packs, fly through hoops, and build things on their own, and its now they released the video of them. The quadrocopters are now able to take cues from a leader and fly in formation. They can even continue with the formation if one losses communication and falls out of the pack, which the researchers note is the key to the success of any swarm. Don’t forget to check out the video.
