HP announces the App Store for the webOS 3.0 TouchPad officially launched on July 1st and will be, the company says, the little Spartan first. HP has planned for the future flood of apps: Pivot. It is a curated digital magazine that will present a selection of apps someone at HP found interesting for whatever reason a way for users to discover new downloads and for niche developers to not get lost in the shuffle. Archos new Arnova 7 tablet hits the FCC last week; we have some more details of the Android slate. There is no information about the processor and RAM capacity. The latest addition to Arnova clan boasts a 7-inch resistive touchscreen LCD with 800*480 resolution, supports 720p HD playback, offers 4GB of flash memory.
