This just reaffirms what is obvious to some, that if people have an enjoyable way to access on-demand content, they will prefer it to live TV. Nook Tablet Bootloader Bypassed

It looks like Android 4.0 is on the way to the Nook tablet in an unofficial manner. Just a few days after tablets bootloader was bypassed, developer Brandon Bennet has now apparently manages to get an early version of the Android 4.0 based CyanogenMod9 up and running on the device, you still have to wait a bit longer for something that is actually useable. Some other developers has also managed to get the tablet to boot from microSD card, and there is been some progress with Ubuntu on the tablet as well.
