How To Use Messages – Huawei Ascend P6
Learn how to use messages on your Huawei P6. Make sure your data service is on before trying to send multimedia messages.
Copying a message

On the home screen, touch Message icon.

In the list of message threads, touch a contact name or phone number to view the conversation thread.

Touch and hold the message you want to copy.

From the displayed option menu, choose Copy text.

Touch and hold the area you want to paste the message and choose Paste from the displayed option menu.
Forwarding a message

On the home screen, touch Message icon.

In the list of message threads, touch a contact name or phone number to view the conversation thread.

Touch and hold the message you want to forward.

From the displayed option menu, choose Forward.

Touch the recipient text box and enter the contact name or phone number.
Note: Touch Add Contact icon to select more contacts.

Touch Send icon.
Deleting a message

On the home screen, touch Message icon.

In the list of message threads, touch a contact name or phone number to view the conversation thread.

Touch and hold the message you want to delete and touch Delete.
Deleting a thread

On the home screen, touch Message icon.

In the list of message threads, touch and hold the thread you want to delete.

From the displayed option menu, choose Delete messages.
