How To Backup – Huawei Ascend P6

Learn how to use backup on your Huawei Ascend P6. It lets you back up your important data and restore them after a system upgrade or reset.

Backing up data to local storage

• On the home screen, touch Mgmt..

• Touch Backup icon then the Local tab.

• Touch Backup to SD card.

• Select the data you want to back up.

• Touch Back up.

• Enter a password when prompted.

• Touch Back up again.

• By default, back up files are saved to the HuaweiBackup folder in File manager.

Backing up data to the cloud

• On the home screen, touch Mgmt..

• Touch then the Cloud tab.

• Enter a password when prompted.

• Touch Back up to cloud.

• Select the data you want to back up.

• Touch Back up.

• Back up files are stored on Huawei cloud servers.
