How To Use Microsoft Excel – Nokia Lumia 928

Learn how to use Microsoft Excel on your Nokia Lumia 928. No need to travel to the office to check the latest figures. With Microsoft Excel Mobile, you can create new workbooks, edit existing ones, and share your work on a Sharepoint site.

From the start screen, swipe left, and tap Office, and swipe to documents.

Create a new workbook

• Tap + Add icon.

• Select a blank Excel fi le or a template.

• Tap a cell, and enter values or text.

• To save your workbook, tap . . . > save.

• Give your document a name and select the saving locations, and tap save.

Edit a workbook

• Tap the Excel file.

• To move to another worksheet, tap Workbook icon and a worksheet.

• To save your workbook, tap . . . > save.

Apply a filter to cells

• Tap . . . > apply filter.

Change the cell and text format

• Tap . . . > format cell….

Find data from a workbook

• Tap the Excel file and Search key.

Send a workbook in a mail

• Tap the Excel file and . . . > share….
