While searching for the updates in iTunes, MacRumors reader stumbled that, it eludes an Automatic Download feature that allows for wireless syncing. Apple also went out and said that if your device has Automatic Download enabled for apps makes us wonder what else we will soon be able to update over the air. Apple is no stronger in speech recognition, but it looks like it may have enlisted some outside help from OS X, Lion. The BGR is now reporting that the update is coming within the next two weeks, or possibly sooner. The site says that it is actually been sent an early version of iOS update, and that it does indeed no longer backup the location database to iTunes the size of the database is also said to be reduced, and its apparently deleted altogether when Location Services are turned off. The update includes some further battery life improvements as well, it also notes that it hasnt actually tried it out just yet it is promising additional details though.
