Sony Announces Xperia S

Sony announced another smartphone for the Xperia line of phones, the Xperia S. The Android 2.3 device launched at CES. It features 1280*720 resolution with 4.3-inch display, a quick 1.5GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, and will be available on both 16GB and 32GB versions, but there is no internal storage expansion. The rear camera is 12MP affair features Sonys Exmor R backlit sensor, and a useable 1.3MP camera on the front for video calling. It will ship in Q1 of this year.
