Robots Learn To March
We have got some dire news: The simply miniature Roombas as they may appear, but 15 so called Khepera bots capable of spelling out GRITS (for Georgia Robotics Intelligent Systems) to demonstrate grad student Edward MacDonalds Masters thesis for the department. The diminutive robots are not told where to go in letters, they determine their spots through control algorithm, positioning themselves relative to their fellow rolling machines, if one is removed from the equation, they will quickly reform the letter without it.
