Nintendo 3DS Sells 200,000 Units In 37 Weeks In Australia

Nintendo Australia has announced that the Nintendo 3DS console has sold 200,000 units in 37 weeks (more than 9 months after its launch date) in Australia. This is a very good figure, considering it beat every other console that sold 200k in a faster time frame in Australia. The price drop would have helped Nintendo a lot here, as the 3DS is pretty much selling well in almost all regions.

It remains to be seen how much 3DS sells next year though. But for now, Nintendo has had a successful holiday period.
