How To Improve Battery Life – Huawei Ascend Mate

Learn how to improve battery life on your Huawei Ascend Mate.

• On the home screen, touch Settings icon then the All tab.

• Under DEVICE, touch Power Manager.

• From the settings screen, you can:

• Touch Intelligent mode to save power and maximize the standby time.

• Touch Normal mode to enable normal power saving mode.

• Touch Optimum performance to have your phone work in its best performance mode without any power saving operations.

Save battery power

• When you do not need Internet access, open the notification panel and touch Date services icon to turn off your mobile data connection.

• When you do not need wireless data services, such as GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, open the notification panel, and touch GPS icon, Bluetooth icon, Wi-Fi or to turn off these services.

• Touch Menu > All > Display to reduce the screen brightness and screen timeout period. Press Power key to turn off the screen when your phone is not in use.

• Close applications that are not in use.

• Decrease the tone volume.
