Learn how to use display settings on your Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. In this menu, you can change various settings for the display.

  • From the Settings screen, touch Device > Display. The following options display:
    • Brightness: Configure the LCD Brightness levels.
    • Screen timeout: Adjust the delay time before the screen automatically turns off.
    • Daydream: Control what your screen does when your device is docked or sleeping. Touch the OFF / ON button next to Daydream to turn it ON. Follow the onscreen instructions.
    • Auto Rotate Screen: Set the screen to rotate automatically.
    • Show battery percentage: Display the battery charge percentage next to the battery charge icon at the top of the display.

Note

This guide will work on all Samsung Galaxy Tabs; including Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.
