How To Access Settings – Sony Xperia Z1

Learn how to Access settings on your Sony Xperia Z1. View and change settings for your device from the Settings menu. The Settings menu is accessible from both the Notification panel and the Application screen.

To open the device settings menu from the Notification panel

• Drag the status bar downwards.
• Tap Settings icon.

To open the device settings menu from the Application screen

• From your Home screen, tap Apps icon .
• Tap Settings.

Setting your device from the Notification panel

• Vibrate mode or Silent mode on/off
• Bluetooth on/off
• Wi-Fi on/off
• Adjust brightness level
• Settings menu

To select quick settings from the Notification panel

• Drag the status bar downwards, then tap Settings icon.
• Find and tap Personalisation> Quick settings.
• Select the quick settings you want.

To rearrange the quick settings from the Notification panel

• Drag the status bar downwards, then tap Settings icon.
• Find and tap Personalisation > Quick settings.
• Touch and hold Apps beside a quick setting, then move it to the desired position.
