Goal-Setting

Your goals are

  • The blue prints of your future

  • The definition of your ideal self

  • Your guide for everyday action

  • Your motivator at heart and

  • The intensifier of your belief that success is always possible for you.

Setting your goals

  • Based on your self-analysis ask yourself:

    • What I want from myself

    • What I want from the world

    • What I want to become and

    • What I should do to achieve it

  • Set your goals based on your values, inclinations, interests, talents and future.

  • Work out the time frame to achieve your goal; Plan your course of action from now, for the next month, next year and the following years.

  • Your goals should be realistic and reflect the essence of your ‘mission statement’

  • Visualize the end point of your goal repeatedly, This will give impetus to your sub-conscious mind which will ultimately take you by hand to your target.

You have already reached your goal,

if you are realistic;

if you are enthusiastic;

if you are positive and

if you are confident!
