Eee Pad Transformer Gets Overclocked To 1.4GHz

Many of the consumers have figured out how to overclock it. Now XDA forum posted a custom kernel allows the hackers to crank the tablets clock speed to 1.4GHz, the same peak reached by ViewSonic G Tablet. The performance at that speed is unreliable anyways, so for now the dev recommends a more modest 1.2GHz to avoid data loss, a meltdown, and injury of assorted puppies.
