ASUS apologises for Eee Pad Transformer delay it wont detail, US launch for end of April

The Company explains on its Facebook page that the demand for Eee Pad Transformer has apparently been so high that the first few batches have sold out much quicker than planned. That really left the global launch of Android Honeycomb tablet a bit in air, with the company only directing folks to its Facebook pages for individual countries for more information.

The delay wont affect the US launch anyway; according to a website JoannaStren.com the tablet will be hitting the US by the end of this month with a price of $399, while the keyboard dock will run you $149.
