Acer Plans A Sliding Android Tab For Holidays

Now the new rumor from the DigiTimes that ASUS is not the only company with a sliding Android tablet this holiday season the Acer will be launching its own 10.1-inch slate with a peekaboo QWERTY stashed one. The ARM powered device is being manufactured by Compal, the launch time seems that this may be the first tablet to taste the Ice Cream Sandwich, but it is safe bet if this unnamed device will ship later this year, if its launching somewhat nearer to the launch of Ice cream sandwich means, it will run on Honeycomb on board.
