Borderlands 2 Hyperion Slaughter: Round 1 5 Walkthrough

When we have the possibility to travel to Eridium Blight, we may want to use the southern exit point to Ore Chasm. In here we can find a loader named InnuendoBot 5000, who has been reprogrammed by Moxxi. If we speak to him we get access to the Hyperion Circle of Slaughter, Hyperion Slaughter: Round 1 being the first one out of five rounds in this tournament.

Description

Youve found Moxxis final Circle of Slaughter. This circle, run by InnuendoBot 5000 (a Hyperion loader reprogrammed by Moxxi to speak almost entirely in double entendres), will throw every manner of Hyperion enemy at you. If you can survive all five rounds, youll earn a considerable reward.

Walkthrough

After talking to InnuendoBot 5000, we enter the door, we cross the catwalk and we use the elevator at the end of it. The moment we set our foot on the circular platform, Borderlands 2 Hyperion Slaughter: Round 1 will begin. Just like the last time in the tournament from Finks Slaughterhouse, the main objective is to survive the current round. Each round has a number of waves, ranging from three in the first round, to seven in the fifth round. The secondary objective in Borderlands 2 Hyperion Slaughter: Round 1 5 is also present, in the form of killing a different number of enemies in each round using critical hits.

Considering the fact that the majority of opponents are robot loaders, its wise to bring our best corrosive weapons to this fight. It isnt necessary to remind us to restock on ammo before getting in the fight, and we can also use the trick with the rocket launcher if we want to get a second chance.

This arena is much larger than the previous one, thus creating the possibility of new tactics and cover spots when we want to charge up our shield or to reload our weapons. The frequency of the Super Badass Loaders and the Constructors, increases in later rounds, hence it is recommended to use a co-op group or use better gear. After we complete the required number of waves, we can take the elevator back to Innuendobot 5000 to finish Borderlands 2 Hyperion Slaughter: Round 1 and acquire the next one in the Hyperion Slaughter series.
