Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep Walkthrough
After meeting up with Tiny Tina in Tundra Express and completing her part in A Train to Catch story mission, we can go and talk to her again to activate the Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep optional mission.

In the Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep mission, Tina is planning a tea party, but for this, we need to go and find her date, which is being held captive by his mother.
But thats only the first part in Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited series of mission, because there are other things to do in order to throw a party.
Description
Tiny Tinas got a tea party coming up in Tundra Express and she needs you to find her date: Sir Reginald Von Bartlesby. She believes hes being held captive by his mother. Shell also need you to get some fixins for the tea party buzzard shrapnel, crumpets, and the like.

Walkthrough
Our first objective in Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep is to emancipate Sir Reginald, whose location is on the highest plateau in the south-western corner of the map. But before doing that, well be greeted by Madame Von Bartlesby, who is actually a tough varkid. If she happens to kill us, a thing that shell probably do a lot, we can always get a second chance by killing the minions she spawns from her back. After defeating her we collect the jar with the small varkid inside (from the large hive). Next, Tina will give us several additional objectives.
The next objective involves the destroying of the buzzards in the nearby base. We need to destroy three of them, and then collect the parts they drop. After that, we might want to complete the secondary objective by collecting the crumpets from a table thats inside the same base (Buzzard Academy). Next, we can go and get Princess Fluffybutt, a doll toy, from the small shack thats near the bases exit.
When we got all the required items for the tea party, we can return in Tiny Tinas Workshop. Inside, we need to place Sir Reginald and Princess Fluffybutt at the table. Then we turn in the Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep mission by speaking with Tina, and we start the next one in line, named You Are Cordially Invited: RSVP.
