You can rip music from CDs using Windows Media Player and store them on your computer. Follow the simple steps below

Open Windows Media Player. Click on the RIP tab and the click on the arrow underneath RIP.

Click on More options.

Click on change

Select Desktop.

When this is done, click on OK.

Insert a CD into your optical drive and rip it using Windows Media Player.

After the CD is ripped, look on your desktop and there should be a folder with the title of the artist and album cover.
