Angry Birds may have been one of the most anticipated Windows Phone games. Most are familiar with the game as it’s been available for some time on other platforms. While I’ve played my fair share of Angry Birds on other platforms, it was nice (almost refreshing) to see the popular game come to the Windows Phone platform

3. Where’s My Water? 2

Where’s My Water? 2 offers much of the same puzzle gameplay as the original, with a few new twists and some new irritations too.

Much like the first game, and its spin-offs Where’s My Perry? and Where’s My Mickey?, the sequel tasks players with carving out waterways to collect rubber duckies and help Swampy the gator take a shower.

Levels now can have interesting secondary goals if you replay them, such as flipping the level upside down or attempting to make it through without collecting any rubber duckies.

There are also new auto-scrolling stages, where you have to carve fast enough to keep the water on screen and avoid obstacles while trying to reach the goal.

These new level types make for clever and fun additions for fans who have exhausted the puzzles in previous games, especially the auto-scrolling levels with their timing-based challenges.

A less positive addition is the energy bar, which only lets you play nine levels in a row before being forced to either let it recharge over time or pay up for a refill.

The energy bar even depletes if you retry a level, which can become excruciating when replaying the same stage repeatedly trying to collect just one last rubber ducky in order to move on to the next set of levels.

With the game constantly forcing you to stop playing, eventually you’ll find that it isn’t even worth coming back to anymore. No matter how fun the puzzles may be, they’re only fun so long as you can play them, and Where’s My Water? 2 makes every effort to avoid being played
