How To Use Contacts – LG G3

Learn how to use contacts on your LG G3. Add contact to your phone and synchronize them with the contact in your Google account or other accounts that support contact syncing.

Searching for a contact

On the Home screen

• Tap Contacts icon to open your contacts.
• Tap Search contacts and enter the contact name using the keyboard.

Adding a new contact

• Tap Call icon, enter the new contact’s number, then tap the Menu key. Tap Add to Contacts > New contact.
• If you want to add a picture to the new contact, tap the image area. Choose from Take photo or Select from Gallery.
• Tap a category of contact information and enter the details about your contact.
• Tap Save.

Favorites contact

You can classify frequently called contacts as favorites.

Adding a contact to your favorites

• Tap Contacts icon to open your contacts.
• Tap a contact to view its details.
• Tap the star to the right corner of the contact’s name. The star will turn yellow color.

Removing a contact from your favorites list

• Tap Contacts icon to open your contacts.
• Tap the Favorites tab, and choose a contact to view its details.
• Tap the yellow color star to the right corner of the contact’s name. The star turns white color and the contact is removed from your favorites.
