How To Manage Profiles – Huawei Ascend Mate

Learn how to manage profiles on your Huawei Ascend Mate. It lets you changing the profile, adding the profile and deleting the profile.

Changing the profile

• On the home screen, touch Contacts icon.

• From the profile list, select a profile and touch the button to its right to activate the profile.

• You can also flick down from the status bar to open the notification panel and change the profile using the switch shortcuts.

Adding a profile

• On the home screen, touch Contacts icon.

• Touch + icon.

• Touch the text box and name the profile.

• Touch Next.

• Select actions for the profile and touch an action to configure its settings.

• When you are done, touch Done.

Deleting a profile

• To delete a custom profile, perform the following operations:

• On the home screen, touch Contacts icon.

• Touch Menu > Delete.

• Select the profiles you wish to delete.

• Touch DELETE.

• Touch OK.

Note: Preset profiles cannot be deleted.
