How To Change Ringtones – Huawei Ascend G6

Learn how to change ringtones on your Huawei Ascend G6. You can change the ringtones and set the notification tones on your device.

Setting the ringtone

• On the home screen, touch Settings then the All tab.
• Under DEVICE, touch Sound.
• Touch Phone ringtone and select either of the following options from the displayed dialog box:
  • Ringtone: choose from the default selection.
  • Music: choose from the audio files you have saved to your phone.
• Touch Apply.

Setting notification tones

• On the home screen, touch Settings then the All tab.
• Under DEVICE, touch Sound.
• Touch Notification tone.
• Select a tone type.

Note: You can configure the email notification tone only after you have set up an email account.

• Select a tone.
• Touch Apply.
