Borderlands 2 Animal Rescue: Food is given to us at the end of the previous mission, called Animal Rescue: Medicine. After healing and feeding the skag named Dukino, he still wants more food, so we have to go and bring him some skag tongues.
Borderlands 2 Animal Rescue: Medicine is the first quest in a series of optional missions, and can be triggered at the end of the main railroad in Lynchwood, where we find a chained skag. Scooter will ask us to free this skag named Dukino and take care of him.
Borderlands 2 Lynchwood region is an area available earlier in the game (approximately when The Dust zone is unlocked), but its not wise to travel here until the second half of the game, when we can have a character strong enough to face the opponents encountered here, because there are quite a few missions available to complete in this region.

Borderlands 2 Hell Hath No Fury is a mission available after completing The Once and Future Slab, if we can go talk to Moxxi in Sanctuary. In Borderlands 2 Hell Hath No Fury Moxxi says that Handsome Jack destroyed her Underdome (reference to the 2nd DLC from the original Borderlands game) and now she found out that he is going to build his own Underdome. Moxxi cant accept that, and she wants us to go to Opportunity and kill the construction foreman.
Borderlands 2 The Man Who Would Be Jack is triggered at the end of The Once and Future Slab, when we speak to Roland in Sanctuary. We have the means to defeat the first two security systems, but Roland has no idea how to get past the third one, because that one requires Jacks presence.
Borderlands 2 Opportunity is a Hyperion city built on an island, and it represents Handsome Jacks most valued thing. Although it may be accessed at an earlier point in the game, it is recommended to first travel here during The Man Who Would Be Jack story mission, for the fact that we will also have some optional missions that can be accomplished here.
