The Archos 7c Home Tbalet is now shipping in the US for $220. The 7-inch tablet features a capacitive 800*480 display, Android 2.1(clair), and Cortex A8 processor RK2918 chipset combo that promises smooth 720p video playback. The other specifications are 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, two built-in speakers, and a kickstand you see in the picture, you have to forgo like Wireless-N, cameras, and access to Android Market.
