WebOS Internals Releases Enyo 1.0 For WebOS Smartphones. Now Available For All International Users

WebOS Internals Release Enyo 1.0

In October, HP made an update available that installed the enyo framework onto devices all the way back to the original Pre. This Enyo framework is an essential ingredient for allowing new apps to work on webOS devices with different resolutions, but due to some undisclosed problem, this update hasn’t officially reached all international webOS phones and tablets.

Fortunately WebOS Internals have taken the newly open source Enyo 1.0 app framework and created a nice little Preware install package that anyone can install. At this point adding Enyo will grant you can access to few extra apps formatted for phones available in the App Catalog. Ok. This is not much, but is definitely better than nothing for WebOS users.
