Microsoft Launches Continuum UI Design Contest For Windows Insiders
Microsoft has announced Continuum UI Design Contest for Windows Insiders to see if they can come up with some design user interfaces that Windows 10 apps can utilize in Continuum mode.
This new contest only applicable to Windows Insiders and members of the Insider program can submit entries for the contest until May 6. The person, who creates the winning design, as picked by a group of judges at Microsoft, will get a Surface Pro 4 tablet.
However, the contest did not stop there, as starting May 9, Microsoft will also choose top 10 app creators to develop their design into a real Continuum app with expenses paid. The winner of the app contest will receive a fully loaded Surface Book, an MSDN subscription, an Office 365 subscription, and advertising credit on the Windows Store.
Starting May 9th, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your app design into a real Continuum app, the top 10 app creators will be invited (with expenses paid) to Redmond, WA where they will pitch their apps to Microsoft executives. The grand prize winner will receive a fully loaded Surface Book, an MSDN subscription, an Office 365 subscription, and advertising credit on the Windows Store.
