Huawei MediaPad Spec Revealed

The worlds first Android 3.2 tablet, Huawei introduced the MediaPad in the Singapore. It is a high profile 7-inch tablet, they told that the slate is coming with Android 3.2 is essentially same as 3.1, but specifically for 7-inch tablets as opposed to 10-inch. The MediaPad is a 10.5mm shell, features 217 pixels-per-inch with IPS capacitive touch panel, GPS, 1.3MP front-camera, 5MP rear facing camera, 802.11 n Wi-Fi, battery with 6 hours life, Race horse is the processor: a dual-core 1.2GHz chip from Qualcomm, will be shipping in US by Q3. It weighs 390g, supports full 1080p playback, includes HSPA+ (14.4Mbps) 3G support, 8GB internal storage, expanded with microSD card slot, comes pre-loaded with Twitter, Facebook, Lets Golf and Documents To Go. World’s first 7-inch Android 3.2 Honeycomb Dual-Core Tablet

MediaPad set to transform consumers’ entertainment experience

Singapore, 20 June 2011: Huawei, a leading telecom solutions provider, today launched the Huawei MediaPad, the world’s first 7-inch Android 3.2 Honeycomb tablet.
