Setting the ringtone

On the home screen, touch then the All tab.

Under DEVICE, touch Sound.

Touch Phone ringtone and select either of the following options from the displayed dialog box:

Ringtone: choose from the default selection.

Local music: choose from the audio files you have saved to your phone.

Touch OK.
Changing message tone and other tones

On the home screen, touch Settings icon then the All tab.

Under DEVICE, touch Sound.

Touch Notification tone.

Select a tone type.
Note: You can configure the email notification tone only after you have set up an email account.

Select a tone.

Touch OK.
