Nokia will unveil a low-cost Android SmartPhone currently called Normandy at Mobile World Congress later this month. Nokia and Microsoft declined to comment on this SmartPhone. The new Android phone will be aimed at emerging markets and will not feature some of Google’s higher-end phones.

According to their listing on the site, the Nokia SmartPhone will come with a 4-inch display. The device runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It got the resolution of 854*480 pixels. The handset includes the Qualcomm 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor. The phone comes with a 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded with the help of a microSD card.
