Today, Nextbit has announced that their new crowdfunded smartphone, Nextbit Robin is compatible with Sprint. With this announcement their smartphone now supports all four major U.S telecom Carrier – AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon.

This allows all U.S based Kickstarter backers to choose between GSM and CDMA variant of their phone on any of the four carriers.

Now with all the major operators are covered there will not be any sort of a flash sale or price drop. You will simply select GSM or CDMA when you complete your Kickstarter order at the standard price of $349. For completeness, Nextbit has a full set of bands on the two models available:

GSM (AT&T and T-Mobile)

CDMA (Verizon and Sprint)

Nextbit Robin is a cloud first smartphone, with a seamlessly expanding storage. Robin tries to solve the problem of limited storage in smartphones in a brilliantly simple way. Robin will monitor your apps and files and intelligently move them to the cloud to make room for new data. The Robin also learns as you use it and will only move items that you rarely use to the cloud, and it only does when you need more storage.

Nextbit announced Robin on September 2, 2015 and went to Kickstarter to fund the device. The Kickstarter campaign reached its modest $500,000 goal in less than a day and at the time of writing, is currently at $1.2 million with 7 more days to go.

For those interested in the Nextbit Robin, here is the specs for the device.
