You can play Counter Strike Source without crosshair, follow the simple steps below

Enable your console in options.

Open you console with the ` button.

Type in cl_crosshairscale 1.

Apply your changes and press OK.

Play without a crosshair.

Note

• Play without a crosshair,you will be able to aim mcu better than before.
• Practice a lot.
• May be frustrating at first.
