You can invert colors on your computer screen on Mac, follow the simple steps below

Keyboard Shortcut Method

With one hand, hold down the three keys at the bottom left of the keyboard:

With your other hand, press “8” in the row of numbers above the letters. Note that this will not work if you use the number pad on the right.

Enjoy your new colors.

Change the colors back. When it comes time to change it back (because, unfortunately, it’s unlikely that everyone will love their “negative”-looking computer), just press “Control”, “Alt/Option”, Command, and “8” again, and watch your computer flicker back to color.

System Preferences Method

Go to System Preferences. System Preferences is the icon that appears as a white light switch with an apple on it in OS X 10.3 and earlier, and as a silver gear icon in OS X 10.4 and later.

Click the Universal Access button. This button is the last icon on the row marked System.

Under Display, click the radio button White on Black.

Sit back and enjoy your new, cool computer.

Reconsider if you must. To change back, go to System Preferences again and click the radio button Black on White.
