How To Setup WiFi Calling On Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
Learn how to setup WiFi Calling on your Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. With Wi-Fi Calling, you can make and receive calls and messages over Wi-Fi when your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network and registered.
Upon successful registration, a blue Wi-Fi Calling icon will appear in the status bar. You are now ready to use Wi-Fi Calling. When a call is in progress, the blue Wi-Fi Calling icon will change to green.
To disable Wi-Fi calling
- From your Home screen, tap Apps icon.
- Find and tap Settings.
- Tap More….
- Drag the slider beside Wi-Fi calling to the Left.
To enable Wi-Fi calling
- From your Home screen, tap Apps icon.
- Find and tap Settings.
- Tap More….
- Drag the slider beside Wi-Fi calling to the Right.
To change the connection preference for Wi-Fi Calling
- From your Home screen, tap Apps icon.
- Find and tap Settings.
- Tap More….> Wi-Fi calling.
- Select the desired connection preference.
