Learn how to setup visual voice mail on your Samsung Galaxy Note 4. From home screen, tap apps icon and tap visual voice mail.

Set up Visual Voicemail (VVM)

To set up Visual Voicemail the first time, follow these steps:

Verify that Wi-Fi calling is turned off: Settings > More networks > Wifi calling.
From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon > Visual Voicemail.
If necessary, follow any additional prompts

To access Visual Voicemail and listen to new messages, follow these steps:

From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon > Visual Voicemail > Setting > Greetings.
To change to an existing greeting:
- Tap the existing greeting.
- The bullet point fills with color.
To record a new greeting:
- Tap Add new.
- To delete an existing greeting (to make room for the new greeting):
  - Tap the greeting you wish to delete.
  - Tap Delete.
  - Tap Delete again to confirm.
Tap Record.
Record your new greeting.
Tap Stop recording when done.
To listen to the greeting, tap the Play icon.
If desired, change the greeting file name.
Tap Save.
To assign your new greeting as your current greeting:
- Tap the greeting.
- The bullet point fills with color
