Toshiba Released Chromebook In US And UK

Toshiba announced their new Chromebook named Toshiba Chromebook. Last month Toshiba told that it’s new Chromebook would launch On February 16^th, but it arrives ahead of the schedule. The Chromebook is now available in US and UK. On its website the company has listing the Haswell-powered Chromebook for $300. In UK the Chromebook is priced 249.

The other retailer such as Adorama and Amazon has offers the Toshiba Chromebook for $280. The price seems to be varying from retailer to retailer.

It feature a 13-inch display and the resolution is 1366*768 pixel. The device got Intel Celeron 2955U processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. It also has 2GB of DDR3L-1600 RAM and 16 GB of SSD. It comes on Sunray Silver color case. The Chromebook has HD webcamera, stereo speaker, full-size keyboard and HDMI socket. There’s also Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. The Chromebook is slightly costlier than expected. Like other Chrome devices, the Toshiba model offers 100GB of Google Drive storage free for two years.
