The base model priced at $499, features a 1.60GHz dual-core AMD Fusion E-350 CPU, 11.6-inch 1366*768 resolution 16:9 widescreen panel, 3GB DDR3 SDRAM, ATI Mobility Radeon 6310 Graphics, and a 350GB hard disk. The Toshibas upcoming Honeycomb tablet is already headed to Japanese store as Regza AT300, but its been a little slower in arriving stateside. Now the company could be close to shipping real, working product in US. The unnamed slate dubbed the ET100/WT100 for now, it has won the FCC approval for its 802.11n, and Bluetooth radios. The slate features 10.1-inch 1280*800 display, runs on NVIDIAs Tegra2 platform, dual cameras, HDMI and USB ports, an SD card reader, and a removable battery.

Motorolas Xoom LTE upgrade has been delayed. Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha told that we will be seeing the Bionic, delay that we were already sulking about ans said that the company is waiting for its LTE rollout to get a little further along. So, it seems to be one less G for Xoom users until summer and no Bionic at until then. Motorola also says it shipped over 250,000 Xooms in the Q1 of this year, and managed net revenues of $3 billion. That is 22percent up from last year, which brought losses down to $.27 per share mush nicer than $.72 in Q1 2010.
