Kingston Launches Wi Drive For iPad And iPhone

Kingston Digital has now launched a wireless storage device called Wi Drive for iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone 3G/3GS/4. There is a USB port to make it compatible with other non-Mac PCs. It comes in two storage capabilities 16GB and 32GB bundled with mini USB to USB cable. It got special app for Wi Drive acts as an interface. The Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with WPA/WEP network security supports various media formats like ACC, MP3, MOV, MP4 and more for both audio and video and there is JPG, PDF and many other formats for images and document files as well. There is still no word on pricing yet.

The Apple is now working on the new patent. It intends to bail the recording industry out of the illegal photography and video recording of concerts by the general public. The devices iPhones, iPod Touch, and iPad 2 will include invisible infrared sensors integrated into iOS devices with built in camera. Its functioning on the sensors on one mobile device will be used to look another signal which would instruct the user if it good to click the image, or record video of the concert. If it is illegal the camera will be automatically disabled.
