How To Use Spotlight Search On iPad Mini

The Spotlight Search setting lets you specify the content areas searched by Search, and rearrange the order of the results on your iPad Mini.

Set which content areas are searched by Search: Go to Settings > General > Spotlight Search, then select the items to search. You can also change the order of the result categories.

Note: This article will work on all iPads using iOS 6; including iPad Mini, iPad 2, The New iPad (iPad 3), iPad 4 (iPad with Retina display).
